The Road To Somewhere
I have been trying to find the right title for this entry but still can’t find the words to summarize what I feel right now. A lot of things have happened in just a span of one week and I am uncertain as to whether I should spoil the amazing thing that is about to happen to me or just keep quiet and let the good times roll.
As of now, my life is running smoothly. I am finally trekking a road to somewhere. The good Lord has my life well planned and as I am travelling down this road, I know I can expect something great at the end of this journey.
Gone are the days that I used to mope and wallow in what I thought was a miserable life. God has planned great things for me and I am beginning to realize that I am blessed to have all the talents and skills to take me there. I am thankful for all the opportunities laid in front of me and happy that I get to choose the path that I want to take. Freedom of choice is indeed a good thing in life and I know that the road I have chosen will take me to a place where I am destined to be.
There might be times that you think that life is meaningless but I hope that the time would come that you would realize that life is amazing. Every trial, obstacle and problem is there for a reason – to prepare you and mold you into a strong person, able to withstand the test of time.
I pray that someday, you too will experience what I am feeling right now – thankful just to be me, and to be alive.
